I am hopeful that our new attempt, 'Husharu', will be lapped up by the audience. I have made 10 films in the last 12 years. It was in 2006 that I started out with 'Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila'. Looking back, how does it feel being in the industry for more than 12 years?

The idea is to release the film when the colleges will be re-opened, in mid-June. Now that we have announced the title, we are looking forward to unveiling the First Look, teaser, trailer and other pre-release material. When are you planning to release the movie? 'Husharu', in fact, stands for certain values. The tagline 'Celebration of Bad Behaviour' has a certain aura of negativity. He has worked on 'Arjun Reddy' in the past. Raj Thota's cinematography is another big plus. There are six songs and two bit songs in total. His character enters the screen in the second half and completes the film. Rahul Ramakrishna of 'Arjun Reddy' fame (he was recently seen in 'Bharat Ane Nenu') has played a crucial role. There are four male leads and they are all new. Tell us about the cast and crew working on this entertainer.

Although I could have teamed up with a big star, I decided to do this movie only because I loved the story. We started shooting this movie since last Dasara. Starring fresh faces, it has music by Radhan of 'Arjun Reddy' fame and cinematography by Raju Thota. Bekkam Venugopal, the producer of such films as 'Cinema Choopista Mama' and 'Nanna Nenu Naa Boyfriends', is currently making a film titled 'Husharu'.
